Leo Bellon and Angel Milanes have been working as a Design Team since 1987 when Mr. Milanes joined the firm of Bellon, Perez and Perez.

Later became a Senior Associate of Bellon Group Architects (BGA), Bellon and Taylor Architects and full partner at Bellon Milanes Ar chitects Planners.
